Osoyoos May Market Update

The May long weekend marked the unoficial beginning of summer in Osoyoos. The town was filled with people; boats and water skiers returned to the lake and the sunshine has been with us ever since. With temperatures in the low 30's, summer has begun!!

The real estate market continues to strengthen. Sales continue to increase slowly and steadily. Showings have increased dramatically and listings have now stabalized. As prices continue to drop it is expected that sales will pick up. There are still some great buys available in the housing market and we look forward to future price corrections in the condo/townhouse segment.
