Current sales this month

While it is not yet month end, there has been a noticeable increase in buyers in town. Residential home sales as of today are up from 3 last month to 8 this month. Sales are generally in the lower priced homes and are more current listings in which the asking price reflects the current market.

We still have some excellent buys on high end lakefront condo/townhomes. Many of these are below builders costs and are certainly below replacement value.
